For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
This is what Ephesians 6:12 says…

If this is supposed to be our mission, to bring the fight to the dark powers of this world, and against spiritual forces in the heavenly realm then why do we so vigorously wag war against the pawns?

Why do we fight so forcefully to free captives, by killing the very captives we were trying to save?

Makes no sense, does it?

But it happens every day, from Same Sex Marriage, to Prostitution/Sex Trade, to Homeless Youth, and yes, even those who wage war against us.. nothing but pawns.

We need to stop clearing the board of an ever renewing population of pawns, and take the fight to the rulers, to the generals.

Because every time we take down a pawn, ten more take his place.

Every time we countermand the orders given to us to take the fight not against the victims, but against the perpetrators, we only hurt our cause and believe me this evil uses that slip up to their full advantage.

Yes my friend, the pawns may seem like low hanging fruit, but they are the very ones we have been sent to save..

And maybe, we have become the enemy of these ones, simply by seeming more harmfull than the real enemy that we should all be fighting.

“The enemy of my enemy has become my friend..”

And when we fight against the victims, we do by default become allied with our real enemy.

Who is James, or rather who was James and who is James becoming? This is a question that I am attempting to answer myself, and I guess I have been trying to answer for as long as I can recall. I, am Chronically Broken, and yet perfectly arranged. Does that make any sense to you? I guess what I am trying to get at is that although I am altogether similar to who I was and always have been, I am strangely dissimilar from anyone I have ever known myself to be. Much like the roads in New Orleans, the city that has become my home I am constantly under construction. And that is the reason for this site, to chronicle this rebirth, this renewal. To speak to those who are in desperate need of some renovation of all the amazing potential and possibilities.
